Cheesy hearts

I made these for my kids a few weeks ago. They were such a hit. My youngest requested that I make them again. Here are some instructions for you.

Thaw sheets of puff pastry

Cut into four triangles, or four squares. Either is fine.


Top with cheese. Fold over and squeeze to seal.


Curl the corners up and over to form a heart.


Place on baking tray and bake. Egg wash first for a delicious golden brown colour.
